@VirginAtlantic Hi, we’re not able book seats on either our outbound (VS129 11 Jul) or inbound (VS130 25 Jul) flights. Only a handful booked by other passengers, all other seats say no available for selection. Is there a reason for this pls? I’ve checked several times now.

@OVOEnergy Hi, we had our final bill yday advising a refund of the +ve balance would be sent. Today our DD has also come out (couldn’t cancel in time) will this be refunded on top of the positive balance?

@OctopusEnergy Hi, we’ve just switched to you but the app is saying it can’t find our smart meter - is there anything we can do to sort this as we need to switch onto the Intelligent Go tariff for EV charging.
