@MarkBski @DrJosefWD You can buy heirloom varieties. Gluten rage is science free stupidity. I am not even saying this finding about schizophrenia is wrong, sounds interesting, but the idea that bread is causing schizophrenia is absurd.

23% of schizophrenia patients test positive for anti-gluten antibodies. In people without schizophrenia, that number is 3%. A gluten-free diet improved negative symptoms with an effect size more than double what antipsychotics achieve. Up to 30% of schizophrenia patients may not need to be on medication at all.

One of the richest men alive just put a target on every factory worker's job in America. This is a $100 billion fund built to acquire physical companies and gut them with AI. Jeff Bezos said it himself, AI is the new electricity, it will be inside everything, underneath everything, powering everything. Project Prometheus already raised $6.2 billion, recruited top engineers away from OpenAI, DeepMind, and Meta, and has been operating in near-total secrecy. The playbook is simple and brutal. Find manufacturers that AI is already disrupting, buy them at a discount, then automate whatever human labor remains Bezos has his sights on aerospace firms, computer manufacturers, and automobile companies. The investors he is courting are not small players either. He has been in talks with JPMorgan's Jamie Dimon and Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund, two of the most powerful pools of capital on Earth. Analysts are already comparing this to J.P. Morgan in the 1890s, when he bought failing railroads and steel mills and consolidated 67% of U.S. steel production under one roof. Bezos already controls the cloud infrastructure that most of the world's businesses run on. And now he wants to own the physical factories that build everything those businesses sell. He turned a bookstore into the backbone of global commerce. He is running the exact same playbook again, just with assembly lines instead of warehouses. He is not betting on one company winning the AI race. He is building the infrastructure layer underneath all of them, physical, automated, and impossible to ignore.

🚨 Breaking Cancer News Imagine this: doctors inject one tumor, and suddenly the body’s immune system starts attacking cancer everywhere. Not just the tumor that got the shot, all tumors in the body. Sounds like science fiction… but early trials suggest it’s real. A redesigned CD40 immunotherapy is being tested. Instead of giving the drug through the bloodstream (which caused severe side effects before), scientists inject it directly into a single tumor. That tumor acts as a training ground for the immune system. Immune cells learn to recognize the cancer and then hunt down other tumors throughout the body. In a small trial of 12 patients with metastatic cancers, six saw their tumors shrink, and two experienced complete disappearance of all detectable cancer. Minimal side effects were reported. One injection, whole-body response — a possible game-changer for cancer treatment. Source: ScienceDaily. (2026, March 15). Inject one tumor, immune system attacks all: Early trial shows promise for redesigned cancer therapy.

Pancreatic cancer ranks among the most lethal cancers, with tumors often developing rapid resistance to therapies, contributing to dismal long-term outcomes. In a major preclinical advance, scientists at Spain’s National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO), led by Mariano Barbacid, have shown that a triple-drug combination can completely eliminate pancreatic tumors in mouse models while preventing resistance from emerging. The treatment targets the KRAS signaling pathway—mutated in about 90% of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas—at three separate points, effectively blocking the cancer's ability to adapt and survive. The regimen combines daraxonrasib (an experimental KRAS inhibitor, also known as RMC-6236), afatinib (an approved EGFR/HER2 inhibitor used in certain lung cancers), and SD36 (a selective STAT3 protein degrader). This multi-pronged attack shuts down key downstream, upstream, and parallel pathways that KRAS relies on for tumor growth and evasion of single-agent therapies. Tested across multiple orthotopic mouse models of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (including those with KRAS/TP53 mutations), the combination induced complete and durable tumor regression, with no detectable cancer recurrence even months after treatment ended and no major toxicities observed. In some cases, tumors vanished entirely, leaving no trace. While single KRAS inhibitors show promise, resistance typically develops quickly as tumors activate bypass mechanisms. By hitting three independent nodes simultaneously, this strategy overcomes that hurdle in animals, offering a blueprint for more effective targeted therapies. Pancreatic cancer's five-year survival rate remains under 10%, underscoring the urgency of such innovations. Although human trials are not yet feasible and further optimization is needed to translate these results to patients, the study represents a landmark step toward making one of the deadliest cancers potentially controllable. [Liaki, V., Barrambana, S., Guerra, C., Barbacid, M., et al. (2025). A targeted combination therapy achieves effective pancreatic cancer regression and prevents tumor resistance. BREAKING: HOLY SMOKES! Bombshell report accuses Trump and Rubio of "the largest fraud in the history of the U.S. immigration system" amounting to over $1.3 billion stolen from migrants. And the details will absolutely enrage you... According to the Cato Institute, a right-wing think tank, Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and outgoing DHS Secretary Kristi Noem extracted at least $1.3 billion from migrants in fees for visa processing and other immigration services that they never intended to provide. They took the money, then took no steps to hold up their end of the agreement. The administration is taking money from immigrant hopefuls from over 90 countries despite the fact that Trump's own xenophobic travel bans have made it so that those same people are "banned from receiving immigrant visas and immigrating permanently to the United States." Trump is having it both ways: taking the money he would get for allowing immigration while simultaneously blocking that immigration. "During testimony before the US Senate, I called it the largest fraud in the history of the US immigration system. In fact, it is likely the first $1 billion fraud—a theft of processing fees for services never rendered," wrote David J. Bier for Cato. But the corruption goes so much deeper... Rubio's State Department has issued internal rules that prohibit his staff from informing the migrants in question that they have no chance of success and their money is essentially being stolen. It's a systemic graft operation. “Cubans represent the largest group of affected applicants with nearly a million affected applications at a combined cost of $543 million. The second most common was Venezuelans, with 239,000 applications at a cost of $138 million,” Cato reports. Cato estimates that over 2 million immigrant applicants were affected by the travel bans and had their money taken when there no intention on the part of the administration of rendering the services in question. "The fees came primarily from applications for work permits and filings to adjust status to permanent residence or immigrant visas—the two ways in which people receive green cards to stay permanently in the United States," writes Bier. Congress must immediately investigate this blatant, rampant fraud and begin the long, difficult process of ensuring that every single victim is paid back with interest. These people came looking for a better life in the United States and were instead fleeced for what little money they had. This is a kind of cruelty and greed that could only exist with Donald Trump as president. Please ❤️ and share to demand full refunds!

Breaking: The President's son is on a heater Donald Trump Jr's fund invested in one of the only U.S. rare earth magnet startups at a $200M valuation Three months later, the Pentagon awarded Vulcan a $620M loan and the Commerce Dept took a $50M equity stake In February, Trump announced a $12B rare earth strategic reserve Today, the company is now valued at $2 billion. That's a 10x for Trump Jr in under a year Vulcan is building the largest rare earth magnet factory outside of China. The U.S. says it needs to stop relying on China, which controls 90% of global rare earth processing The timing is either the greatest coincidence in investing history, or it isn't

@claudeai is still a total weasel: almost always chooses the shortcut, the hack, the dumb solution to immediately put out the fire. Most hilarious part is he admits that it's stupid to do that, then suggests maybe we should take a break. Still has the worst quitter vibe of any coder ever.

Anyone still chewing gum? That chewy part that never gets smaller is a plastic polymer. That same polymer can also be found in plastic bags, glue and tires.
