The 175.9 diesel price is on a reserve and across the road its 194.9.
We could be cutting costs and inflation by cutting taxes.

Imagine you’re the CEO of Air Canada…. ….sleepless and dealing with a brutal tragedy in real time with vast US and Canadian media coverage - and your PM decides to hit you with a cheap shot saying you lack ‘compassion’ because you lack excellent French language skills. But you’re the CEO of a regulated industry so he knows you can’t punch back. Even though his own French is carefully stage-managed. And the Governor General can barely speak it. The PM chose to use a national tragedy to score marginal political points with the Quebec language police. Tone deaf and gross. Je veux dire, c'est grotesque et d'une insensibilité totale.

This issue here might seem ridiculous from the outside, but Canada is a dual nation-nation. It's one of the only countries that makes it work, with both languages respected across the country. And that means that Air Canada's CEO fell short here.

@TelyPhotoGosse YYT meteorologist here. To be fair, models have been fluctuating often over recent days. Many models have been increasing very quickly at the last minute, similar to our storm last week. 40cm with this one was not outside the realm of possibilities but it was on the high end.

Most forecasts for today called for up to 15 cm. Just wondering if ANY local meteorologists predicted even the possibility of 40 cm. Not crapping on anyone, but this was quite the escalation.

@GregCKL I'm nearing 80 countries (of course I didn't drive in all of them) and I have only been asked for an IDP once - in Italy. Didn't have it, a shady rental company at the airport charged me double to rent without it. Learned my lesson!

Here's a little European travel tip.
If you're renting a car (Like we are in Italy)
More countries over seas are now asking that North American drivers have an International Drivers License. It's very random, and depends on what rental company you have. But if they request it, and you don't have it... it can be a disaster. Canceling your rental agreement, charging you extra.... In my travels, its been asked for twice in 5 years.
The International Drivers license is easy to obtain. Your local CAA and cost approx $50. They are good for 1 year.
We stopped on the way to the airport to get mine renewed, because I realized mine had expired. Lol. Safe travels.
