@AmazonHelp I need to speak to a human about a collection issue. I had a package sent to a pick up location (a shop) and they said the barcode I had doesnt work so they couldn’t give me the package. However in My Orders it says it’s been collected. What do I do?

@TfL @tfl: Why has it taken until now for you to start publicising the risk of disruption? The strikes were called 2 weeks ago but there was no information visible on your website unless you knew to look for it. No info at stations either. Many will be caught out by this late notice.

@networkrail Not sure why you need to trial it, this is literally the case in every other station in the country! As well as trains going to more local destinations from Euston. Why would anyone think that a couple hundred people running at full pelt with luggage down a ramp is a good idea?
