The government’s response to the AAP lawsuit and judge Murphey’s injunction is to disband and then recreate a new ACIP committee, as this will take less time than would be required to file and prosecute an appeal. There will be no action from the government to respond to the defamatory characterization of the former ACIP members.

A lawyer can own a law firm. A chef can own a restaurant. Apparently anybody in Los Angeles can own a hospice facility.

People need to try to understand that Massachusetts is NOT like other places.
You may think you have a lot of vaxophiles around you.
But I assure you it is nothing like here in Massachusetts.
The federal judges in Boston are among the LEAST informed people in all of society.
Even today, many of them think they can catch covid from an unvaccinated person. They have no idea what the truth is.
Why? Because they dismissed all the cases before they ever had to hear actual evidence in summary judgment or trial.
One judge I know had a heart attack after his vax. Never had a heart problem bwfire. Played hockey even at near 80 yo. But not anymore. And guess what his doctor told him. He said that it happens to old people. He lied to the judge.
And the judge believes it was his age and not the cobid vax he just got.
These judges are the most arrogant among us while rejecting knowledge.
