How depraved do you have to be to go after a grieving widow and use her as a scapegoat?

Trump and Noem have taken our country down a dark path by weaponizing immigration agents to silence individuals’ First and Fourth Amendment rights. I'm glad these prosecutors stood up for the rule of law and I hope many more follow suit.

HUD’s own notice offers no explanation for where the residents will go. This is beyond cruel, will deliver no “savings,” and ultimately shift costs to ERs, jails, cities, and local taxpayers.

The Trump admin is about to cut housing grants for the formerly homeless. HUD plans to cut aid for permanent housing by 66%, slashing over $2 billion and leaving 170,000 people at risk of homelessness again. Everyone who would be affected is disabled, and many are 50 or older.
