@ZeptoNow There was a payment issue with the delivery guy. QR payment failed by zepto but money deducted and it worked on second attempt from different bank on both side, but i didn’t got any refund for the first payment yet. Please allow me to DM to send the details.

For someone looking for the quality of zepto support. Its more than 1 month today, and they cant crosscheck their system, if they receive payment twice or not for same order. Never help delivery guy, if they say, payment not received if it show success in your app. Even in app.

@SwiggyCares Thats the issue, for a food delivery industry where service is required in real time, you choose to serve at 2 am. After 4 hours when actually required. Just fix this. Re-hire humans for support in app instead of helping after 4 hours when customers slept in hunger. Uninstalled.

@claudeai Please fix the broken artifacts of claud ai. Update in artifaces dont work. I have to specifically ask claude to create new artifact for even minor changes. And how can he forget to name a artifact? A lot of fixes are required for maintenance.

@NiceHodl @OpenAI TBH, I have tested paid plans of Gemini and Copilot too. For my coding purpose, ChatGPT is much ahead of them. I know its not perfect but others are at much worse place compared to chatgpt, so for now, there is no other place where i can go, Atleast for coding.

@OpenAI site down issue has became a new normal, i am a paid user and its really frustrating that the site don’t load for hours. Just keeps loading and loading and loading, where as other sites works perfectly fine. Please fix it. Is chatgpt is in 1990s?
