opencode 1.3.0 will no longer autoload the claude max plugin we did our best to convince anthropic to support developer choice but they sent lawyers it's your right to access services however you wish but it is also their right to block whoever they want we can't maintain an official plugin so it's been removed from github and marked deprecated on npm appreciate our partners at openai, github and gitlab who are going the other direction and supporting developer freedom

Amazing conversation with valuable takeaways for founders (duh) but for all builders, in all areas of life. Oh and @pmarca makes a good case for less introspection, more action & to be clear I don’t think ayahuasca is right for most. Don’t miss this one. It’s next level.

Zero chance on earth that writing code is a good use of time for the CEO of a $150b company

A Dutch court has sentenced Arnold Oforiwaa to 5 years in prison for stabbing his girlfriend 258 times. The prosecutor only asked for 10 years in prison but the judge halved it to 5 years because Arnold was documented “to have very low IQ.” He murdered his ‘girlfriend’ — a young mother — because she focused too much on caring for her newborn and too little on him. He stabbed her 258 (!) times and filmed the mother as she lay bleeding to death. Afterwards he took selfies with the newborn in its mothers blood

🚨 NEW: Newly released documents show an FBI agent removed the hard drive from the jail’s camera system—wiping all footage from the night Jeffrey Epstein died. No video. No record. No accountability. They didn’t “lose” the evidence. They erased it. And they expect the public to move on.

@elonmusk @luismbat @grok @elonmusk Any particular reason why Moon is better than a network of von Braun wheels in heliocentric orbit? Robotic fleets equipped with drills, thermal extractors, and mass drivers to the rescue!

I have confirmed via sources close to Fat Jason that he did visit the island. This clearly contradicts previous claims of having met Epstein only once. I can also confirm that @jason is still fat and refuses to acknowledge lying about my cofounder @mttgrmm multiple times. also

@jason@Jason

And now @mttgrmm, @PalmerLuckey's partner, is using a photoshopped photo of me being twice as fat as I ever was AND trying to slander me by insinuating that I was involved with Epstein. Matt knows full well that I wasn't, that I've said I wasn't, and that there is no new news here. Like thousands of others, I met Epstein in NYC and TED in the 1990s. I am in his black book, which has been out for a decade and has hundreds of TED/Tech/finance/New Yorkers in it. I am not in the flight logs because I never flew on his plane. I never went to his island, and I probably talked to him for 30 minutes in my whole life. ... but sure, go ahead and slander me, Matt. I know you're ride-or-die for your partner, and I respect that to a degree.

What universities should do instead is help students build the foundation of knowledge that startup ideas grow out of. They're good at that. But this is the last thing some dean in charge of "entrepreneurship" wants to hear. He wants to do something about startups!

Helping students come up with good startup ideas is like hooking them up to the deck catapult of an aircraft carrier. If you succeed, they're gone. What are they supposed to do, not work on the idea? And working on a startup is incompatible with being a student.
