the notion that @HyperliquidX is "as sketchy as binance" is patently absurd:
- hyperliquid doesn't directly invest in the assets it lists, many of them projects of questionable provenance, and then dump them via perps, launchpad and other mechanisms
- hyperliquid doesn't take multiple percentage points of the supply of assets it lists
- hyperliquid doesn't institutionally manipulate the prices and flows of assets on its platform directly or via affiliated parties incentivized by hyperliquid
- hyperliquid's entire financial structure is transparent and onchain
- hyperliquid programatically directs the economics of its platform to token holders

hyperliquid is just as sketchy as binance. literally everything that binance was charged with by the DOJ is applicable to hyperliquid, and the papertrail for every crime is on X "talking to regulators" is just nonsense. binance was talking to regulators for many years. the important thing that has changed is 1) regulated cefi perps 2) clarity creating a framework for distinguishing centralized vs decentralized protocols try to actually understand the subject matter next time
