It must not now be denied where it remains relevant. The Government of the United States of Biafra stands ready; ready for peaceful engagement, for lawful and diplomatic processes, and for the pursuit of a just and enduring resolution grounded in international norms. We seek not conflict, but a pacific settlement, consistent with Article 33 of the UN Charter, which calls for negotiation, mediation, and other peaceful means. The question here is — was he duly appointed as the President and Biafrans alerted? Or are Biafrans not supposed to be aware of such appointments? you can’t just become a president of a non stock corporation without the board casting votes on it. Again presidents do not possess powers to remove any director or the secretary. Even the Prime Minister alone(unilaterally)?cannot remove or just get up and fire a director but he can bring up a motion called Special request and directors will vote on it. Directors remove or reinstate themselves through their own voting. It’s just too bad all the nonsense going on in this struggle.
