@tushv24 OMCs are least bothered about properly setting up EV chargers as that is not their core business. They are doing it to tick mark the ESG compliance box.

Setting up a true 180kW charger is easier said than done in India. For 180kW+ connections, you need High Tension (HT) wire approvals & sanctions — and that process is lengthy, bureaucratic, and full of hurdles. That’s exactly why most CPOs are opting for 150-160kW chargers these days with mix of (90+60kw setup with 4 bays) Approvals for 150kW and below are significantly faster, involve fewer clearances, and don’t require HT wire approvals. Faster deployment = quicker revenue. Reality check: Infrastructure is improving, but smart capacity planning is key right now. @TorqueIndia @evelectree @ferrarirules86 @volklub @Vivekvivi @Xroaders_001 @Shaggy7979 @shreemallatheru @adityalala2000 @adiag91 @AsheeshAroraEV @purohit__anuj @GreenDrvIndia @shyampsunder

@subikash_r 180KW+ DC FC should be the standard going forward for public charging, could get 80-90 even if 2 cars are sharing one, that's more than enough for a quick topup

@nirman92 @thevirdas Yes. But at least one can invest in solar and charge via that. But with ICE? There is no alternative. With EV there is.

The customer pays. Everyone else experiments. - Petrol already has the E20 headache. Higher ethanol blends are coming next. - EVs have their own limitations. - Diesels got the DPF mess. Now, isobutanol blending is on the horizon too. So what are we supposed to buy? And what are we supposed to do with the vehicles we already own? All the risk for consumers. All the benefits for governments and manufacturers.

@PulakPrakriti With politics, voting is enough. With EV owning one is bare minimum. Being a candidate in elections is akin to starting an EV manufacturing plant.

Govt exists to make rules and to ensure enforcement. And clearly the enforcement is not happening. You just have to visit the airport T1 or T2 in Delhi to understand the mismanagement of parking for taxis and on top of that Rs 200 charged for pick-ups. No wonder cabs cant spend money on cleanliness

Vinfast cabs are here in India! Took a cab today. New, so clean. Lots of beeps and alerts with ADAS. Driver asked if I wanted AC increased! Not at ₹8 per km (roughly ₹40 per km for the 7 seater that came), and I'm the first customer for this cab. The app is called Green SM Mobility.

@papul_ It’s the range 75% of people will get who drive the car normally Some people drive car with very high speeds of 120-150 for them the real world range would be 300-320kms. So C75 is practical real world range which most of the people will get
