@ZubyMusic Indeed. It takes even more to convince Congressional reps to constantly support non-citizens over their own citizens. I see more from them about TPS, DACA and illegal immigrants than I do about helping American citizens.

Stop calling the H-1B visa program “cheap labor.” It’s the opposite: companies must pay prevailing wage + $9K+ average sponsorship costs (fees, lawyers,etc.). Since 2022, ~16% of all voters in my district have left—nearly 100,000 people!! People can no longer afford to live in Tampa Bay. While we’ve seen record high prices in housing, healthcare, and groceries, wages have not kept up. We can’t afford to keep going like this.

I am so bullish on Single Family Homes in the South Florida area. More specifically, Miami and Palm beach. The more we see happening in other states, the more I realize that the supply here is SO limited - and will be highly sought after in next 3-5 years. Yes, you can go vertical and build condos, but finding a nice single family on a large lot in a desired location? Very hard to duplicate as these areas continue to grow in population. If I could buy up every single family with these characteristics, I would. Here’s my criteria: - 10,000+ SQ FT Lot - Over 2,500 SQ FT Interior - Within 20 minute drive to Brickell - Minimum 1 Car Garage I feel like these are one of the safest bets when it comes to Residential RE Acquisitions. If it’s on the water, even better.

Its not just them. LEGAL immigrants researchers, doctors, engineers from 39+ countries are also losing jobs and health insurance because USCIS isn’t processing cases for months. They followed the rules. Vet them one-by-one but process them. Lives are on hold. @USCISJoe

@Lifthehold This is bullshit. There is not a labor shortage in STEM or healthcare. There are millions of Americans who can fill the positions, they are just being shut out by fake credential foreigners and AI hiring managers. You clearly do not know any recent STEM grads.
