Astro, Tailwind, Daisy, more Tailwind plugins, React, AlpineJS, HTMX... Modern web developers must spend more time fine-tuning their stack than producing actual stuff. I took a look at all those new fancy options and went back to Python + Flask. Sometimes boring is good.

@MorriceGavin Rails favors and encourages domain driven design but without a clear way to establish contexts. have you explored implementing rails engines or something like packwerk?

@dhh We just got rid of datadog this month! Was spending $2k a month for no reason whatsoever.

Our renewal bill for Datadog came to ~$83,000/year before we canceled. There's no way, no how the time we've spent replacing the key usage amounts to 1/3 or 1/2 of a full-time employee. Not even close. Enterprise SaaS pricing is bonkers.

Otra nueva adicion (saquenme la tarjeta). Pase de tener 20mb en la cocina a 500mb. La app está muy buena, anda bien y tiene muchas configuraciones. Puse el modem de Telecentro en modo bridge y funcionó al toque. Solo tuve un tema con unas camaras que las deje al modem y ya 🤝
