There’s this sameness that I’m beginning to notice in digital product design these days and i don’t know if it’s intentional but it’s starting to look bland. I’ve scrolled passed over 5 UI screens done by different people and I can’t tell the difference between them. I can tell they’re all trying to be “clean”

One branding mistake I see founders make: They try to sound professional. So they write things like: "We leverage innovative solutions to empower users." Nobody talks like this. The best brands sound human. Clarity > sophistication.

Ai has ZERO understanding of human behavior because humans don't. Therefore they won't be able to out design me. But they will provide tools that will speed up my process and make me more money to buy more alcohol.

Whenever you see a novel interaction pattern and wonder why it's not more common, it's usually because the pattern has significant issues that aren't immediately clear, but that become clearer as you try to include them in an interface.
