If she is feeding at entry exit gate then this absolutely illegal from ABC Rules 2023 point of view. Feeding at such location is prohibited. FIR can be filed against the feeder in line with ABC Rules 2023 and SC Guidelines. I have already initiated action against moron in my society. A Dog father & Mother showed their true nature & upbringing in the middle of the road in Vadodara. The F!ght was about walking the dog without leash & the dog being aggressive. Looks like their Frustration is coming out among themselves also because they can't coexist with humans

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जो आवारा कुत्तों पर सुनवाई चल रही है उसमें तीन एनिमल संगठन है जो चाहते हैं सड़कों पर आवारा कुत्ते ना हटे और भारत के टॉप टेन वकीलों में से एक कपिल सिब्बल पिंकी आनंद और अरविंद दातार इन आवारा कुत्तों के पक्ष में मुकदमा लड़ रहे हैं हालांकि आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इन सबको बहुत कसके लताड़ा और कहा कि आपको सड़कों पर घूम रहे आवारा बच्चे अनाथ बच्चे नजर नहीं आते आपको आवारा कुत्ते नजर आते हैं आप इंसानों की सेवा नहीं कर रहे हैं आप कुत्तों की सेवा कर रहे हैं सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज यह भी कहा कि जो लोग कुत्तों को खाना खिलाते हैं उनकी भी जवाबदेही तय होगी अगर कोई कुत्ता काटेगा तो उसे एरिया में कुत्तों को खाना खिलाने वालों से भी सरकार मुआवजा वसूल करें उसके अलावा भारत के हर एक राज्य सरकार की जिम्मेदारी हो गई है अगर किसी को कुत्ता काटेगा तो राज्य सरकार को मुआवजा देना होगा अरविंद दातार ने जब सवाल उठाया की इकोसिस्टम में कुत्तों की भी भूमिका है तब जज ने पूछा की कुत्तों को खाने वाले जानवर कौन है और कितने बाघ शेर और लकड़बग्घा ने पिछले 1 साल में कुत्तों का शिकार किया तब वकील की बोलती बंद हो गई और ऊपर से जज साहब ने टिप्पणी किया की रणथंबोर के एक बाघ की मौत एक आवारा कुत्ते के खाने से हो गई क्योंकि उसे कुत्ते के अंदर ऐसा वायरस था जिसका कोई इलाज नहीं है यानी कि अगर कुत्तों को बाघ खाए तो उस बाघ की भी मौत हो सकती है सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज साफ कहा कि हम लोगों को बच्चों को महिलाओं को हर रोज कुत्तों के काटने से मरते तड़पते नहीं देख सकते आवारा कुत्तों की समस्या विकराल बन चुकी है इसमें सभी राज्यों की सरकार जिम्मेदार है जिन्होंने अभी तक कोई काम नहीं किया अब सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात की कपिल सिब्बल पिंकी आनंद अरविंद दातार को इतनी मोटी फीस यह पेटा और दूसरे संगठन क्यों दे रहे हैं क्योंकि इन संगठनों को विश्व की तमाम रेबीज की वैक्सीन बनाने वाली कंपनियों ने मोटा फंडिंग दिया है पूरे दुनिया में भारत एक ऐसा देश है जहां सबसे ज्यादा रेबीज के वैक्सीन की डिमांड है क्योंकि पूरे विश्व में सबसे ज्यादा कुत्ते काटे जाने की घटना भारत में होती है अमेरिका जर्मनी चीन और भारत यह सिर्फ चार देश रेबीज का वैक्सीन बनाते हैं भारत जितना वैक्सीन बनता है उतना बहुत कम है इसीलिए भारत को वैक्सीन इंपोर्ट करना पड़ता है और जिन देशों में वैक्सीन बनते हैं वहां खुद सड़कों पर आवारा कुत्तों पर प्रतिबंध है अमेरिका और यूरोप में आवारा कुत्तों को या तो गोली मार दी जाती है या उन्हें शेल्टर में बंद कर दिया जाता है लेकिन इन देशों की वैक्सीन की कंपनियां चाहती हैं कि भारत में आवारा कुत्ते सड़कों पर घूमते रहे ताकि उनका वैक्सीन का धंधा चलता रहे
