I am posting this complaint for the 5th time where a metal beam has come down in the middle of the road due to some Heavy vehicle Location near Ambaji Dham Mandir Circle, M.G.Road Mulund West Mumbai 400080 req u to pz repaire immediately as Senior citizen visit the temples nearby

What is going on in Mulund's Main M.G. Road which is always busy with traffic, Mini Hotels have been opened there, Is BMC allow to open this? If not then all these illegal activities should be stopped immediately. Location: Opposite Ambaji Dham Mandir, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080

The illegal vendors who were removed from a distance of 100 meters from Mulund Railway Station West JSD Road by BMC are slowly returning back to set up their Chinese Bhel etc etc business there. BMC T-Ward should take immediate action against this and take strict action on this

The Vendors is removed by BMC in 100 meter Surrounding Area near Railway Station by Bombay High Court Order Mulund Railway Station West JSD Road and NSRoad Corner is started his Chinese Bhel stalls again and BMC has failed to apply Order, Now Reddy for face Traffic problems again

Serious Public Safety Concern ⚠️ For the past 5 days, an open / broken and severely damaged manhole has been lying unattended on L.B.S. Marg, Mulund West, opposite Johnson & Johnson. The dangerous condition is clearly visible through photographs and videos, yet no preventive or corrective action has been taken by the concerned authorities of MCGM. This location is a busy public road with heavy vehicular and pedestrian movement. An uncovered or damaged manhole poses an immediate threat to public safety, creating a high risk of severe accidents, injuries, or even loss of life at any moment. Under the principles of public safety, municipal duty of care, and statutory responsibility, the Municipal Corporation is legally obligated to ensure that roads, drainage infrastructure, and public utilities are maintained in a safe condition. Continued negligence despite visible danger may amount to administrative negligence and dereliction of duty. If any accident occurs due to this unattended hazard, the concerned department and responsible officials of MCGM shall be held accountable for failure to act despite prior notice and public awareness. Therefore, it is strongly requested that: • Immediate barricading and safety measures be installed • The damaged manhole be repaired on urgent priority • Responsible officers conduct an on-site inspection without delay Prevention is the responsibility of the authority — not the suffering of citizens after an accident. A Metal Beam on the side of Ambajidham Mandir Circle in has been Crushed due to the passage of some Heavy Vehicles and there is a danger of falling of Senior Citizens & school students and two Wheeler Scooty passing by here, so I req you to kindly repaired it as soon as possible
