@Google @googlenest i have to say: you cust. ser. is very poor. I have been dealing with an issue since Monday and 2day is Friday and still not resolved. I have been on the phone everyday to be transferred from person to person or disconnected and still dont have a resolution.

@TuftsMedicalCtr i have to say my mother is in emergency surgery this morning and extremely nervous. I came in to be there for her at 800am and was informed visiting hours have not began come back at 11am. Is that how you treat families?

With this @DIRECTV @DIRECTVhelp and @Disney @ABCNetwork black out made me realize do i even need cable anymore. There are more ways to watch abc/disney content without a middle person. Now @DIRECTVhelp is going up on prices. Time to cut the cord. ✌🏻
