@AndyatAuto @British_Airways And another apparent strategy is to 1. Not keep a viewable record of your complaint, 2. String it out for so long with "we've not forgotten your case" emails in the hope that you will have actually "forgotten your case".😭

There was a time when @British_Airways rewarded regular flyers with benefits that made the journey just a little easier….. not anymore. Boarding is chaos as almost the entire plane qualifies in Group 1 (if they bother to police it); the lounges are full, the seating are dilapidated and often uncleaned. Now they change the frequent flyers scheme from being one of regular flyers to one of who spends the most; well if one thinks about spending the most I think I’d rather go @emirates, @etihad, @ANA or @qatarairways. Such a crass way to alienate your loyal customers with an email dropped on New Year’s Eve - evident by the response on social media.

@RadissonHotels @HeadForPoints @BT_IND @RadissonRewards with the points from THAT stay but ignores the requests for the incorrectly deleted points to be reinstated. Instead claims that a booking or a stay does not count as "point activity". Unbelievable 2/

@RadissonHotels @HeadForPoints @BT_IND Beware this tactic from @RadissonRewards. Hotel "forgets" to register your stay so "points activity" not recorded. All accumulated points are then cancelled. You complain and the hotel now acknowledges the stay and credits you 1/
