Hey @AirbnbHelp , if you close my support ticket with my damages and then tell me i haven't filed a claim, I get frustrated. I appreciate your CS team escalating my case, but it feels like a black box...kind of like the box of crackers the rats in my Airbnb this weekend destroyed

Hi @united - not sure what's worse - checking in to an international flight to find your algorithm had separated my party, or the tone of your customer service people explaining this to us and refusing to find a solution. Another reason I'm switching my status

Hey @united, may not seem a big deal but little things, like stopping me about my cooler or not accommodating my polite request to move to an empty seat with a plug make being a traveling #newmom that much harder. I know I lost my status last year but that baby got in the way...
