A breakthrough in real-time video generation.
As a research preview developed with @NVIDIA and shared at @NVIDIAGTC this week, we trained a new real-time video model running on Vera Rubin. HD videos generate instantly, with time-to-first-frame under 100ms. Unlocking an entirely new creative paradigm and bolstering the foundations of our General World Model, GWM-1.
Real-time generation opens a fundamentally different design space for video models and world simulation. We're investing in co-designing our models alongside advances in hardware to keep pushing this frontier.

@CyberMetalRec @neuralframes @suno Wow! Not bad! AI can be weird sometimes, but imagine how it will be in just 2 years. 🤯

Small win: I built a keyword research tool for myself in Cursor using DataForSEO + Google Trends.
It helps me find better blog opportunities, shape the post angle, and write better articles. 😍

I automated $500 UGC videos down to $5 each 🤯
So I built a Claude skill that handles the full pipeline (and now im open sourcing it)
Kling 3 just dropped. you can lock a creator's face AND your product across unlimited generations (and they look awesome).
Same person. Your product. Different hooks. Forever.
But getting it to not look like AI slop is where most folks fail.
One product in → photorealistic creator → identity locked → video rendered → 15 variants out.
Here's how it works:
→ @NanoBanana generates creators with built-in imperfections (flyaways, skin texture, asymmetry)
→ @Kling_ai locks that face + your product screenshot
→ Design shots BEFORE script (sitting→sitting→sitting = boring)
→ Native lip-sync
→ Multiply hooks and formats automatically
No creator hunting. No $500 invoices. No 5 day turnarounds.
Here's what the skill includes:
- Director-first pipeline (visuals before dialogue)
- Photorealistic prompt formula
- 6-character demographic roster
- 4 "stealth checks" to catch fake-looking UGC
- Kling prompting guide (think in shots, not keywords)
- @fal API setup
Built 100% in claude code.

I just updated the hero section on Animomo.app.
It’s now a looping video.
• Image created with NanoBanana 2 in Google Flow
• Animated with Veo
• Implemented by telling the agent in Cursor what to do
I didn’t touch a single line manually.
Still crazy that I can build things like this as a housepainter.
If I can do this, anyone can.

This morning I had a really good app idea while driving to work.
I told myself:
“I’ll write it down when I arrive.”
Big mistake.
By the time I got there, it was 90% gone.
I managed to reconstruct it… barely.
Lesson:
Ideas don’t wait for you.
Write them down immediately.
Now I just need to find the time to validate it… and ship it.

AI is moving fast.
Humanoids are being built.
People say most jobs will disappear.
Some physical jobs might last a bit longer.
But even plumbers, electricians and house painters like me won’t be safe forever.
Elon Musk talks about a future where everyone lives in abundance.
Where AI and robots produce everything.
Where money doesn’t really matter the same way.
But I keep thinking…
How does that actually work?
If AI does the work…
And humanoids replace most labor…
Where does income come from?
All 8+ billion people still need food, housing, energy and healthcare.
That doesn’t magically appear just because robots exist.
If companies own the robots, they own production.
If production is automated, value concentrates.
So how does everyone become “rich”?
Do we get universal basic income?
Do governments own the robots?
Do corporations share profits?
Do we move to a post-money system?
I’m not against AI. I’m building with it.
But I think we need to talk seriously about the economics.
Because abundance isn’t just about technology.
It’s about distribution.
And distribution has always been the hard part.
Corporations, which I can count on one hand, will own the production that governments will probably overtake once they see the power they gain.
@elonmusk complains about taxes now, he will probably have to pay 95%+ if everyone is going to have a "universal income".
This is out of my league though.
Curious what you think.

The benefit of being a housepainter is that I can listen to audiobooks, podcasts and music while I work.
So today I asked ChatGPT to recommend audiobooks based on me.
One of the suggestions was The Almanack of Naval Ravikant.
I started listening to it right away.
Really good recommendation.
It honestly feels like having a personal curator.
If you want to try it, here’s the exact prompt I used:
“What audiobooks would you recommend for me based on what you know about me?”
