@numrxv @nomad_grj No, it is not 70% . For ITCM it is less than 50%. This data is based on public announcements by the Government. With respect to #Pakistan success in missiles, we need to take announcements with tons of salt as they tend to hide failures.

Is India missing out in regards to Pakistan hosting the Iran talks? I don’t think so. Pakistan is well Positioned for these talks. It has close ties to the US, Saudi Arabia, the US and China; and a border with Iran (Baluchistan is important for Pakistan due to an insurgency). India has a lot of clout and power. Pakistan is risking a lot in these talks. It has something to lose. If it helps get a deal it will be seen as important for the White House and cement its role in the Islamic world. It was already close to the Trump administration. If the talks fail then Pakistan will be seen to have tried. India continues its very important role in IMEC and also the Quad and anyway India is a large and important power. It doesn’t lose anything or necessarily gain if it had hosted. Pakistan has credibility in the Islamic world and this is its pivot. There was no reason or way for India to gamble on this. And it’s logical they are not involved. They will be involved in future important issues
