Prominent Sierra Leonean lawyer, @WilliamsYada_H has built and handed over to the people of Fourah Bay (his hometown) this beautiful and picturesque masjid. Building a masjid has been his lifelong dream and he feels quite fulfilled and accomplished to have achieved. The construction started some five years ago and he is very happy to be handing it over to his beloved community. Yada Hashim Williams was born and raised in Fourah Bay and attended the Prince of Wales School and Fourah Bay College; he was called to the bar in 1992. He is one of Sierra Leone's most prominent and outstanding lawyers and he currently serves as the managing partner of his renowned law firm Yada Williams & Associates. 🕌📿 #JumaMubarak #RamadanMubarak

We urge the awarding committee of He4She to pay attention this letter from SLAM, an independent overseas-based organization, which highlights the egregious error of conferring an award upon the illegitimate President @julius_maadabio. @DrJoyceBanda must take heed of this call and listen to the voices of Sierra Leoneans who cherish peace, democracy, and good governance. It's unconscionable to honor a leader who has been linked to harboring drug lords and perpetuating corruption. If you're unable to help us hold to account individuals like @julius_maadabio, who has been accused of shielding notorious felons and involved international crimes, then spare us the hypocrisy of these dubious awards. @AConteh357598 @EUinSierraLeone @factcheckingsl @Fornahib @CapitalFMMw @MalawiPresident @SecRubio @ecowas_cedeao @USEmbFreetown @mahmoudaliyous6

Why has @ebklegacy been so silent on the stolen June 24th, 2023, general elections, and in fact, he was very absent during the 2023 All Peoples Congress party campaign🤔... He has been silent on the @julius_maadabio 's k*llings. I even asked on his @X account why he was so distant... yet now expects us all to hold him in high esteem? Even @POTUS44 came out to support his party and his party's candidate @KamalaHarris... Some things are too much to ignore, and I won't be ignoring EBK and all the other flailing talentless 2028 backstabbing wannabe's of the people of #SierraLeone for their silence on #ElectoralJustice4Salone and DEMOCRACY... If @ebklegacy missed these 👇🏾... lemme leave them here for his perusal. #SaloneX #SierraLeone #ISTANDWITHDRSAMURAMWKAMARA @officialABAT @ecowas_cedeao @CathyForMadina

President Koroma among his friends and peers - Nigeria's most powerful both politically and economically - during the launch of President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida's first book - 'A Journey In Service'. Around the table were: Presidents Yakubu Gowan, Olusengun Obasanjo, Abdul-Salam Abubakarr, Goodluck Jonathan, Muhammed Buharie was represented by his former Transport Minister, then Ghana's immediate past president, William Nana Addo Akufor-Addo and finally, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Former Nigerian vice Presidents Atiku Abubakarr, Yemi Osinbajo etc were also present; so were current and past governors and senators, captains of industry Aliko Dangote, Prince Arthur Eze, Tony Elumelu etc. It was an extraordinary even where Nigeria's Who Is Who assembled to honour one of their own. The highlight of the historic event was Babangida's acknowledgement that the late Mushod K. Abiola won the presidential election he annulled and his expression of regrets for that decision.

News Update!! We urge all supporters of Electoral Justice and H.E. Dr. Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara to refrain from setting timelines for their sacrifices in the pursuit of electoral justice. The reality is that even when Dr. Kamara assumes power, the fight for electoral justice, and greater freedom will persist until those powerful individuals opposing the interests of Sierra Leoneans are defeated. Even after democracy is reinstated, there will still be resistance to the many reforms necessary to transform the status quo. Let us continue to advocate for electoral justice until we can entrust this responsibility to the next generation of Sierra Leoneans, who will carry on the fight for a corruption-free society. Our leader, H.E. Dr. Samura Kamara is in high spirits and very confident of the future of our country. @AConteh357598 @ArthurPratt2 @EUinSierraLeone @Fornahib @USEmbFreetown @factcheckingsl @PerspectiveSco3

This video was the inauguration of Julius Maada Bio in 2018. It was done a month after the elections. Fast forward to June 24th, 2023 elections, nineteen months later he has not done an inauguration. Do you know why because the world knows that he did not win the June 24th, 2023 elections. It was rigged beyond epic proportion. I must remind you all that since June 23rd, 2023, Julius Maada Bio has attended numerous inaugurations across the universe to include Nigeria, Namibia, Senegal, Liberia, Ghana etc. Has anyone bothered to ask why he has not organized his own inauguration since June 23rd, 2023 elections. It’s a travesty that President John Mahama @JohnmahamaO would invite Julius Maada Bio to his inauguration as the Head of State of Sierra Leone. Ghanaians should demand answers from John Mahama. Why would he condone thieves of democracy whilst Ghana is enjoying the fruits of democracy. Would he have had the opportunity to invite Bio a democracy thief if President Akufo @NAkufoAddo had violently stole the Ghanaian elections? @StateDept @StateDeptSpox @IntlCrimCourt @AsstSecStateAF @eueomsl2023 @EUinSierraLeone @USEmbFreetown @PressSec @SenateForeign @ukhomeoffice

I've just witnessed a pivotal moment in America's 200-year democratic history - the election of the Speaker for the 119th Congress. This milestone was achieved with impeccable integrity, devoid of any influence from the executive or judiciary branches. Mike Johnson secured the majority with a razor-thin margin of 218 votes, surpassing minority leader Hakeem Jeffries' 215 votes. What's truly fascinating is how they navigated a tie of 215-215. Rather than resorting to partisan bickering, they adhered to established procedures, demonstrating a remarkable display of civility. During the tie, the majority leader extended an olive branch by walking up to and whispering words of reconciliation to the minority leader, sealing their interaction with a handshake. This poignant moment highlights the importance of trust, honesty, and civility in democratic processes. As we reflect on this event, it's clear that our nation can learn valuable lessons from such displays of simple yet profound civility. @EUinSierraLeone @SecBlinken @factcheckingsl @Fornahib @PerspectiveSco3 @USEmbFreetown @USAmbUN

After listening to Dr. Samura Kamara’s New Year’s speech on 1st January 2025 and comparing it to Lansana Dumbuya’s letter of disclaimer dated 25th November 2024, it became clearer that the De Facto APC executives are the betrayers of our democracy in Sierra Leone and willing enablers of the ECSL’s blatant constitutional violation. Read and make your judgment. In his letter of disclaimer, Mr. Lansana Dumbuya states that the de facto APC leadership has settled with the ECSL through an illegal “communication channel.” In other words, a settlement was reached between the ECSL and the De Facto APC leadership without Dr. Samura Kamara. Because if, Dr. Samura Kamara was a party to the said agreement; he wouldn't have made such a New Year speech. My question to all Sierra Leoneans is: Who is the betrayer of our democracy? The man who is calling for Electoral Justice (EJ) or the executive who reached a backdoor settlement with ECSL to prevent Electoral Justice? You be the judge. Note: Our quest to get the ECSL to publish the results will continue unabated because whatever settlement was reached between the ECSL and the government-sponsored De Facto APC executive is unconstitutional and does not reflect democratic principles both nationally and internationally. Arluta Continua!!!

When will 90% of Sierra Leoneans have access to pipe borne water? Currently, less than half of the population has access to pipe-borne water. Construction of recycling plants to avoid waste & prevent diseases should be the top priority of President elect Dr. Samura Kamara. Dr. Samura Kamara the duly elected president of Sierra Leone is just waiting to embark on massive infrastructural development to improve the lives of millions of Sierra Leoneans.

This is a copy of Mohamed Konneh’s official result announcement statement on 27th June 2023. Read the second to last bullet point or paragraph at the bottom of the page. The ECSL commissioner promised, as mandated in Section 93 of the Public Elections Act of 2022 to publish the results by polling stations. So what is wrong with reminding him to fulfill his promise after 18 months? A question for the compromised politicians, labor unions, organizations, and CSOs who are afraid to ask for the results. Happy New Year. Arluta Continua!!!

Dear Mr. Karim Khan @KarimKhanQC, The video on your left was done quite recently by the illegal & desperate president in sierra Leone who is drowning in the sea of disapproval & would rather leave Sierra Leone in flames than hand over power peacefully. What he is saying here are coded lingo in his mende dialect masked with subtle undertones of battle calls & rallying cries to prepare the tribesmen for war. No president legal or illegal should resort to Tribalism or calling on his tribesmen to be ready to defend him. The military is constitutionally formed for this reason. The constitution strictly prohibits the formation of other militia. This was how they formed the Kamajors; who's fighters were 99% predominantly from the mende ethnic group & and belonging to the SLPP party currently occupying power illegally. Reports from the Truth & Reconciliation Commision TRC claimed that the Kamajors committed 98% of the heinous crimes during the brutal rebel war. i.e.decapitation, cutting of limbs & legs, splitting pregnant women open, etc. @KarimKhanQC , what Maada Bio has said in this video should constitute a call for war and mobilization & conscription of his tribesmen to be prepared to take up arms against those that are not them. If you have a critical voice like mine, you are deemed a target or peace hater. Speaking up against the massare of innocent prisoners is an automatic death sentence. This is why journalists can't report about these acts of crimes against humanity. When an illegal president of a nation speaks like this, it's a recipe for genocide. What comes to mind is Rwanda. The Hutu's called the Tutsi's cockroaches and started planning their demise. Four (4) months later, over a million souls were destroyed senselessly. In light of the above, I am tendering this video as an exhibit for future prosecutions. Especially if a genocide breaks out in Sierra Leone. Because the statement of the president is a call for this tribesmen to be prepared for battle against the rest of Sierra Leoneans. Basically, it's the mende tribe going up against 15 other ethnic groups. We all know that would be disastrous for one tribe. It would mark the extinction & displacement of the mende people. Therefore, we are asking for the world to intevene now and remove this man from the office of the presidency he is occupying illegally. One thing we can assure the world is that no tribe is superior to all the other tribes in Sierra Leone. Given the fact that Sierra Leoneans have learned their lessons over the years and would not tolerate any more foolishness from any clans men or tribes men to spark a genocide in Sierra Leone. Mr Karim Khan you have sufficient evidence to indict this man now. Don't waiting until it's too late. @IntlCrimCourt @StateDeptSpox @StateDept @AsstSecStateAF @EUinSierraLeone @POTUS

Dr. Richard Konteh (The Unifier)
Lara Taylor-Pearce has served as Sierra Leone’s Chief External Auditor since 2011, bringing over 27 years of experience in financial and administrative management across both the public and private sectors. Throughout her tenure, she made significant strides in improving public sector accountability, notably contributing to the development of the 2016 Public Financial Management Act and expanding audit coverage in the country. Today, the Sierra Leone Parliament votes to remove her from office. This marks a deeply concerning turn of events. The Audit Service Sierra Leone (ASSL), which she led, is the nation’s premier audit institution, tasked with ensuring the efficient and effective use of public funds. Established in 1962 as the Audit Department, the ASSL was the first of its kind in the country, and its work remains vital for ensuring transparency and accountability in public financial management. A parliamentary vote to remove Lara Taylor-Pearce is a significant setback for the integrity of public financial oversight in Sierra Leone. @ecowas_cedeao @IMFAfrica @WorldBank @WBPubs @africande @AfDB_Group @USEmbFreetown @UKinSierraLeone @anticorruption @TambaMomoh4 #IAmLara @SLAJ_Salone @WorldBankAfrica @USEmbFreetown @UKinSierraLeone @BBCAfrica

The unlawful detention of innocent citizens and activists by the Sierra Leone Police is a criminal act. This blatant disregard for human rights is a stark reminder of the need for continued advocacy and resistance against oppression. As Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." The courageous stance and fist in the air by our democracy champions, Thomas Babadie and Mahdi Williams, along with their dedicated lawyer, is a testament to the power of resilience and determination in the face of adversity. @AJEnglish @SecBlinken @POTUS @EUinSierraLeone @USEmbFreetown @factcheckingsl @PerspectiveSco3
