Hace 30 años, el Congreso de EE.UU. aprobó la Ley LIBERTAD para promover la libertad del pueblo cubano y exigir responsabilidad al régimen por sus crímenes. El mes pasado, en el 30.º aniversario del derribo de las avionetas de Hermanos al Rescate, mis colegas @RepCarlos, @RepMariaSalazar, @RepNicole, y yo enviamos una carta a la Administración Trump solicitando que Raúl Castro sea formalmente acusado ante la justicia por su participación en el derribo que resultó en el asesinato de cuatro humanitarios, incluidos tres ciudadanos estadounidenses. Sus familias merecen justicia. El régimen nunca ha estado tan débil. Es solo cuestión de tiempo antes de que los esbirros del régimen que asesinan, torturan y encarcelan a inocentes rindan cuentas por sus crímenes.
