From discussions with the Anti-Defamation League and the CATO Institute to visits across some of DC’s most impactful institutions, our students are experiencing firsthand what it means to learn beyond the classroom. @MilkenInstitute @HolocaustMuseum @CatoInstitute @ADL This is what FIU in DC is all about — creating opportunities for students to connect ideas with action and engage directly with the people and places influencing our future. @FIUPresident kicked off the @GordonInstitute Hemispheric Security Conference (HSC) last night in Miami with a reception welcoming Chiefs of Mission from across the Western Hemisphere.   U.S. Ambassadors from across the region visited @Southcom and heard from @SecRubio on regional priorities and policy shifts regarding Cuba, Venezuela, and the broader hemisphere before joining @FIU to open HSC.   Thank you for joining us, @USAmbPeru , @AmbCabrera, @USAmbMex, Amb. Herschel Walker, and Amb. Michael Hammer.
