(PRESPL), said, “Feedstock aggregation and biomass supply chain management are among the most critical challenges for bioenergy projects. Aggregation must be built into the project from the beginning, with proper mapping of biomass availability and logistics. Seasonal availability, quality variation and last-mile aggregation add complexity. The farmer remains central to the ecosystem, and engagement at the ground level is essential. Financial sustainability also depends on recognizing supply chain infrastructure and providing long-term support.
