Why fly @British_Airways again?
BOS-BOM: Canceled two flights on my SO's 4-flight trip, reimbursed for only one. Refused to sign over to another airline. Used bogus exchange rate, gave only ½ of $£€ due. Refused to answer emails. Why does she have to appeal this? #bogus #ripoff

@AskLyft Although @AskLyft was totally unhelpful, with guidance @elliottdotorg, we put together a letter+metadata. Shortly after, my wife recd a 100% refund+$10 credit+a note of apology. It appears that the driver was also deplatformed.

Once again, elliott.org supplied me with names/emails of execs. Within one hour of emailing a Comcast exec, I got a call back that fixed the problem. @elliottdotorg

Trying to get authorized to place ads on @facebook @MetaforBusiness but keeps rejecting my affidavit. I've tried scans, photos, jpg, pdf, png, color, greyscale, small, large. EVERYTHING. Nothing works. HELP!!

@BecauseCulture @AmericanAir @Iberia They did finally fix the error - it took 5 phone calls, more than a dozen emails, tweets, and FB posts. It was the @AmericanAir social media team that resolved it.
