@walmarthelp forgotten items on delivery order that are needed for a fundraiser in the morning. Phone support absolutely useless in trying to rectify the situation. Canceling Walmart+ and will go back to @Instacart

@UberEats order late, order shows up ice cold, order is wrong. What does phone support do? Hangs up. Nice customer service @UberEats

@FetchRewards how do we get people to reply to support tickets? Has been weeks now with this issue of redeeming a reward and not getting it.

@FetchRewards on the 17th I redeemed points for a visa gift card. On 2/18 it was rewarded. I got a message saying for security it was sent to the email attached to my fetch account. I have never gotten the email. I have looked everywhere. I’ve submitted support tickets & no reply

@ClearwaterInv And what about people with all access tickets for Saturday? Saw one game at 9am and about 10mins of a 1pm game. Planned on watching 4-5 games on Saturday and due to rain only got to see 1. No refunds for those tickets?? Make it make sense.

MWZ is thankfully getting a few new things in Season 2 but it is all "IN SEASON"... It looks like nothing is coming at the launch of Season 2. That's weird.... :/
