@AmazonHelp So under your terms “Defective Items After 30 Days” I am entitled to a repair or if that is not possible a refund or replacement. So why are Amazon saying I am outside of the returns window. When the product is less than 6 months old.

Bought a pair of @adidas trainers from @amazon at the end of February. Less than 2 months later they have developed a fault… @AmazonUK or @adidasUK won’t help and say they can’t repair, replacement or refund. @AmazonHelp totally against #consumerrights

@SH_Grasmere @VirginExp Nope, every time flight is booked, It’s cancelled on the day, despite checking other hot air balloon companies who did actually fly that day. It’s 100% a con, money wasted.

Whatever you do… never ever buy the #hotairballoon experience with @VirginExp - it’s a con, non existent. Parents been trying to book for 5 years now and always cancelled. Today there is no wind or at least in the limit allow. Still cancelled. 5 years! Might take legal advice

Terrible service from @asda 1/2 my food shop missing from the delivery yesterday. Promised it would be redelivered between 2 & 5. It didn’t arrive. Promised between 9 & 11 this morning. Still no sign. Promised it’ll be here before 12… believe it when I see it @AsdaServiceTeam
