@AnjaliB_ Unable to understand why the apex court is lenient wit the govt. In the previous hearing they said we will do it in 3 weeks(for CIC). Today the court should have come down heavily on them and should have issued mandamus for filling up the vacancies.

Priorities of the govt are very clear! No urgency to fill vacancies in CIC despite SC directions- 9 out 11 posts are vacant with backlog of 30,000 cases. But Section 44(3) of the DPDP Act, which amends the RTI Act, has been operationalised with great alacrity, even though core provisions of the DPDP Act will come into force only after 18 months.

I have always respected your reporting Richa. But the way you have presented this agitation is problematic. Your posts seem to convey that they don't belong here and they are overstepping every time they are seen on roads, or in shops or in museums. They are residents of this state. They have the right to wander anywhere they want. You can report when they they create problems or chaos. But just because these poor marathas are wandering across Mumbai which they haven't seen before, doesn't mean they intend to create problems. Hope you correct the tone of your reportage.

Dear @theicai leadership, 1. Bring back 3 year articleship. 2. Remove SPOM exams from curriculum. 3. Remove IBS exams from CA Final. 4. Bring back Elective Exam in CA Final. 5. Hold CA Foundation - 3 times, CA Inter - 2 times and CA Final - 1 time in a year! The long term repercussions don't look good. It's Proved time and Again that RPF is the most useless security agency in the country. Jaha Paise aitne ki baat ho, ya fake photo ops karna ho waha jhund me aa jaege. Jab actual Protection karna ho tab Pallu odh ke bill me chhup jaege Untill these useless departments are revamped or withdrawn, It's no use asking the Minister to resign. The new minister comes, he will have to manage the same rotten system.
