PM @narendramodi Please kindly read the email dated: 14.05.2025 sent to Dr. Samir V Kamat, Secretary DD (R&D) and Chairman @DRDO_India in the pictures below. The Malpractices and illegal activities done by m/s Cube Construction Engineering Limited (based in Vadodara, Gujarat) were reported in this mail. Also writing those for your good self: 1) The number of TMT bars are not being installed in RCC piles (12 no. 25 mm diameter as per design but only 6 no. 20 mm are being installed) as per design and even the less TMT bars are not being inserted up to the complete depth. 2) The TMT bars being used are of not the approved make as per DRDO specifications ( Fake/Bogus bills of m/s Akriti Sales Corporation are being provided to DRDO) 3) m/s Cube Construction Engineering Limited provided fake/bogus bills of m/s Akriti Sales Corporation (GSTN Gujarat:24ACIPD8203E1Z5) to claim Material Advance Payment (As per Clause No. 7.3.9.A(i) of Procurement Manual DRDO) for steel which is not delivered at project from @DRDO_India 4) The letter ref no. CCE (W)/SITE-BH/SS-47, dated:19.07.2024 on official letterhead of @DRDO_India was forged by m/s Cube Construction Engineering Limited and m/s Dhairya Construction in connivance with site staff of DRDO. All information was provided by the Project Manager of fraud m/s Cube Construction Engineering Limited and was given to multiple senior officials of @DefenceMinIndia and #DRDO So basically this #Fraud company from #Gujarat with zero credentials in Underground projects and serious criminal record is using taxpayers money to run the project and is doing Sub-Standard work which will endanger the lives of many @IAF_MCC personnel. The deal was simple between the government and @DRDO_India officials at Air Force Station, Bhuj, Gujarat: 1) DRDO Quota: m/s R D Konsultants (named in @CBIHeadquarters FIR No. RC2172022A0009, dated:07.12.2022 for fraudulent transactions with @BEL_CorpCom in the IACCS projects of @IAF_MCC ). 2) @BJP4India Quota: m/s Cube Construction Engineering Limited (Sanjay Chhotalal Shah, Managing Director) with zero experience in Underground projects,named in Anti-Corruption Bureau Doda, J&K FIR (jkacb.in/link.php?sno=55 ) and many other criminal cases. Sanjay Chhotalal Shah has also turned ‘APPROVER’ in ACB Bhuj case no.04/2023 and @dir_ed case no.11/2025 is also registered (details in trailing post dated:18.08.2025). The truth is your government is corrupt and is allowing corruption in Defence projects. @AmitShah is Sanjay Chhotalal Shah your relative or he is being protected because he donated to @BJP4India ? @rajnathsingh are you helpless or getting suitcases? My family is destroyed because I have no source of income (Plant & Machinery were illegally confined on 09.02.2024 at AFS, Bhuj, Gujarat) and now I chose family over #NationalSecurity because the shameless and unscrupulous Dr. Samir V Kamat is silent on the issue of corruption. I suggest to the corrupt officials of #DRDO to consider being a P!mp which is far better than compromising with corruption in Defence projects.
