I have used @eBay for longer than I can remember. Oldest documentation I can find is @1Password entry for 2009. I went to use @eBay today and my account is gone. Not closed. Not suspended gone. @ebay has no record of me. I never existed to them. Their answer: “¯\_(ツ)_/¯“

Also been 983 days since I have used @lyft. Not the best user experience learning about the new (to me) priority pickup feature whilst standing at strange airport, middle of the night, wondering why the driver keeps going away in the app, yet others are getting picked up…

My next @united flight has been at the gate for three hours. I know cause hey so have I. They are delaying boarding cause the plane is not clean. I don’t known maybe exceptions that a plane can be cleaned sometime in a 3 hour window is too much. “¯\_(ツ)_/¯“

Really poor customer UX. Your dev team needs correct it. No reason to continue showing a cancelled flight when a new one has been selected.

.@united cancelled my flight. option to select a new flight. Which I did. Have boarding pass for new flight. Go back into the app, shows trip options, asking me to select a new trip. I don't know if I am on this new flight or not? Why doesn't the app show my new selected trip?
