I started working on my @RevenueCat's #shipaton #buildinpublic on Monday but haven't published anything yet. For this App, I will try 100% Freeform to prototype and SwiftUI to implement directly. Some assets will be created in the @linearityhq Curve.

@dmitriychuta @andriigreenwood And by the copied design it is clear that it was a screenshot and thrown directly into an AI. Sad that both AI and this MRR indie culture of thinking only about profit will increase these types of attitudes. People want quick shortcuts for everything.

@andriigreenwood stole the design from Subscription Day and thinks it’s uncultured to ask about it in the comments on his social media, immediately bans people. My app is one of the leaders in this niche, so I’m usually not surprised by frequent copying. But in this case, it’s disappointing that the design was copied 1:1, and that it was done by a Ukrainian – it’s a shame

Even before AI, the more productive the person was finishing 5x or more tasks when it should be 1x the bar will always be increased. You will always pull another next 2x tasks/ticket. The progress bar will always increase and the perception of previous productivity will be challenged with more and more that will decrease how we felt before.

The more I use AI tools, the more I have to admit that I'm not that much more productive... I simply FEEL that much more productive. In reality, the context switching of kicking several things off wipes out my perceived productivity gains. At least in many/most cases!

I like this functionality, but when, for example, you already have something organized into categories manually and use Apple Intelligence so that it automatically categorizes, it deletes most of my existing categories, that is, it becomes a mess. If you have to join manual and automatic, it leaves something to be desired.

@PaulSolt For some reason, I’ve had better results with models from the -codex+high line. Same task, same instructions, but 5.4 keeps leaving something to be desired for some reason. So I stay with them for now.

I feel like gpt-5.4 writes way too much stuff out compared to other models. Not a huge fan :(

@oliverhenry That's not how this works. You get the money in 3-9 months after spending it. Only LLCs are eligible; north of 10k for setup, 2k+ per month to keep it afloat, ah also there's the application process, which takes couple months. This is for medium-large companies, not developers.

@BitrigApp @_julianschiavo I understand the advantage on iOS, but what would be the advantage of using this on macOS, and in macOS, in addition to Xcode itself, today we have so many agents to create mobile applications? What would be the differential of BitRig?

How are they getting a ranking of more than 5,000 words? Since the keywords have a character limit, or screenshot characters for this ranking? Would they be using other regions that also index in the United States? Still 5 thousand would not be too much based on this limited interval and even more a niche app.

@matteo_spada Oh, nice. I will test the CSV import (hopefully it doesn't have a limit?). My main problem is the 50-word limit, which makes me track the last selected batch.

Hi @matteo_spada , Astro really should support multiple windows on macOS. Sometimes I intend to transfer keywords in English to another country. I always need to keep changing and losing the previous position of the words I want to add, since Astro supports only 50 words instead of being added at the same time. It would be very useful to support multiple windows.

@seraleev 2 days is too short to validate anything. I had an app that started getting traction only after 4 months. I even forgot about it until then. After that, I gave it more ASO attention and it is now my highest revenue. But it is still slow.

Hey @seraleev, what’s your strategy for country distributions using Google Ads, segmented by language? (e.g.: ad for all/some Spanish countries). One campaign for one country? Or do you get your existing app store analytics data and segment by that? My main follow-up question is if you segment 1 campaign per country or a combination of different factors (some countries).

Interesting video from @adamlyttleapps He built a $70,000/month app portfolio almost entirely on ASO. No heavy marketing. Just strong organic acquisition. Impressive milestone. But even Adam admits – growth has stalled. Why? The App Store is saturated. Simple utility apps are getting squeezed. Organic reach is shrinking. 👉 youtu.be/bXvpOt1Wtl0?si… Now the focus shifts to marketing. Adam outlines three approaches: 1) UGC (TikTok / Reels) Free in theory. Hard in reality. New accounts struggle to get traction. Results are inconsistent. In his case, he hired an agency – videos didn’t go viral, the account got banned, and the agency disappeared. 2) Google Ads He referenced my case – growing from $7K to $46K/month in a year using paid acquisition. It works, but it requires systems, tracking, and constant optimization. 3) Meta Ads + UGC creators Scale through hundreds of creators. Expensive upfront. But if it hits – it can generate tens of thousands of euros in a few months. He breaks down @niklogvinenko NaturalWrite case as an example. Main takeaway: The era of “launch a simple app and wait for organic traffic” is ending. Now the winners combine: Product + Creatives + Paid Traffic + Testing. ASO isn’t a magic button anymore. Welcome to the new phase of indie development.

@PaulSolt @AppleSupport @Apple I have these problems when I’m running out of space on the phone. Another thing that Apple runs so badly: 60% of my device space is system data now, and random problems like this start occurring more frequently.
