@AmazonHelp Yep, spoke to support. Twice, last time. Twice today. They're amazing at giving the runaround - "sorry sir, we will raise a complaint." Lol sure, did that the first time, didn't really make a difference! Did it again today. Doubt it'll make a difference this time too.

So in an interesting sequence of events I’ve found that walking is my happy work space. So after an hour morning workout I’m typically doing meetings and calls while walking and doing maybe 3-5 hours of walking a day. Anything I should be considering? Nutrition and fitness wise.

@titaniajordan Definitely! The basics outlined in the UGC playbook are completely platform agnostic. The only thing to keep in mind is the editing treatment - a UGC ad winning on other platforms may need minor tweaking for TikTok. Eg - quicker cuts, different music track, etc. Hope that helps!

@SwiggyCares Thanks for the reply. After waiting 2 more hours, I'd given up. I went to the app to check one last time, and finally saw a "Call Us" button. Hallelujah! The exec on call solved the problem. But yeah, a way to escalate to a human being when that stupid bot doesn't work is needed.
