1/ Elon @elonmusk , tell us the real reason $TSLA has to sell its factory in China! Isn't true BYD is prohibited from selling its new battery tech to Tesla, thus, Tesla is no longer permitted to sell vehicles in China? @Tesla It has nothing to do with a merger.

$TSLAQ Well, the tides have shifted. After defending $300, no gamma for TSLA. BUT, I think we found the pain range for SPCX - $105 to $110. Gamma stopped the fall from open ($112). $TSLA: 0.93 put/call $SPCX: 0.48 put/call

@bbm010 2/ I don't know if Tesla's current battery tech complies with the new regulations that passed last year. If it doesn't, then Tesla is stuck exporting only cars. Although profitable, I believe its agreement to have a factory in China is that it sells a % in the domestic market.

@Tesler914 English majors covering business do not dig into details. The impairment would decimate their balance sheet. BUT, China Auto OEMs are killing their demand in the EU. By proxy, it has to be similiar in mainland China.

@bbm010 1/ The story itself makes no sense in selling off its business in China to merge with SpaceX. It would not divest the CCP, which already owns shares of Tesla and SpaceX through third parties. Tesla has claimed that its most profitable business is exporting cars from China.

@MotherCabriniNY That data center is in the ArkLaMiss - one Parish away from the Miss State line. Right in the middle of the delta - only reason its there is for power and water. It goes bad, it's dead weight. No other uses for it exists. Richland Parish is ag.
