@instacart Shopper legitimately just had to front my order on their personal charge because your glitchy app declined checkout on my order (?), then a support robot claiming to be a human named "Jonathan" was pathetically useless. Do you just not care about people?

@Instacart Your app is so glitchy that I somehow wound up leaving some terrible default tip — and now your support team is saying there's no way I can increase the tip to deserving shoppers because it's after 24 hours? Really lame, and way to make me now feel terrible!
