@femalemsktr Meta does not do team matching prior to hiring. If you’re hired, you choose your team from the many that need new members. Once you have a short list of teams you like, you work on a task for each, and then you and they decide if you’re a good fit. There’s no pressure.

I had FIFTEEN interviews with one of the FAANG companies. At one point, I was told "if you made it this far, you have NOTHING to worry about." It was down to "team matching" and I was notified yesterday that both of the teams I'd interviewed with had rejected me.
