SILENT SLAUGHTER: The Islamic Republic of Iran is on track to exceed the record number of executions it carried out against opponents in 2025, with 657 executions in the first three months of 2026, according to the Iran Human Rights Society.
"This latest barbaric act is more evidence of why the regime can never be allowed the advanced capabilities that we are destroying," a State Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

@africatodayMG Rwanda currently has two stadiums approved by CAF/FIFA: Amahoro Stadium, renovated in 2024 into an ultra-modern 45,000-seat facility, and Kigali Pelé Stadium, upgraded to meet Category 4 standards. Huye Stadium is also undergoing a major upgrade.
Yes, Kigali can host AFCON.

Rwanda 🇷🇼
Rwands has reportedly offered to host AFCON 2027 if Kenya 🇰🇪 , Tanzania 🇹🇿 , and Uganda 🇺🇬 are not ready in time.
At the same time, South Africa 🇿🇦 has also told CAF it is ready to step in and help organize the tournament if needed.
This raises fresh questions about the preparedness of the original hosts.

@FelixMugenzi @StateDept @SecRubio @TiborPNagyJr @CohenOnAfrica @albcontact @TomNdahiro @PatrickMuyaya @TwirwanehoMoise @kivuutile @FabRugumire Western countries label anyone who is not on their side as a terrorist or a human rights violator. The current Syrian leader is a clear example-he was on the most wanted list until the day he met Trump. Today, he is seen as a good guy because he serves their interests.

The #FDLR is not currently included on the official U.S. list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs).
However, the United States designated the FDLR as a terrorist organization in December 2001. Today, it no longer appears on the FTO list.
One of the key criteria for inclusion on the FTO list is that a group must pose a threat to U.S. nationals or U.S. national security. Yet, in 1999, FDLR elements were responsible for the murder and rape of eight Western tourists in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, including two American citizens
The FDLR has also been sanctioned by the UN as an armed group operating in the DRC
This raises concerns about the consistency of U.S. policy and whether enough is being done to dismantle this genocidal group.

@IsraelMFA At least only one girl was wounded, yet over 200 children have been killed in Iran by the Israel regime and America booms, along with tens of thousands of innocent women and children in Palestine.
English

Iran’s use of cluster munitions to target civilians and increase casualties is a war crime.
This morning in Bnei Brak: 14 injured, including an 11-year-old girl in serious condition.
For the Iranian regime children are targets.
The world must not stay silent.

@KuleRonaldMbing @KKariisa @nbstv @sanyukatv I blocked NBS in my house after the 2021 general election. I know it may not change anything, but at least it gives me peace of mind. I also avoid any content from NBS or related entities.
English

Dear @KKariisa,
There is something deeply wrong with the direction your television stations are taking and it’s time I say it plainly.
Across both @nbstv and @sanyukatv,
morning shows have slowly turned into predictable cycles of political obsession.
Same topic, same angles, same targets.
You have platforms with national reach, you have influence, and you have the power to shape conversations that build this country.
But what you choose to amplify is endless fixation on National Unity Platform.
Every morning, it’s the same script: a panel, center the discussion around @NUP_Ug, recycle talking points and then move on.
But let’s be honest; is this journalism or? Because it is beginning to look like programmed narrative control.
Ugandans are dealing with real issues: Unemployment, Cost of living, Lack of practical skills, Broken systems in education and health
But instead of meaningful programming that equips people,
You decide to feed us with daily political loops that add no value to ordinary lives.
What exactly can a young Ugandan learn from these failed politicians?
How do they become better, how do they earn, how do they grow? Coz your stations are informing people about propaganda but not transforming their lives.
The media should challenge minds, not condition them.
It should expand opportunity, not narrow conversation to a single political fixation.
And let me address something even more uncomfortable:
When media platforms consistently push one direction of conversation,
people begin to question independence, intent and the credibility and this is a dangerous place for any media house to reach because once trust is lost,
no amount of production quality can restore it.
Instead of Munyagwa noise disguised as analysis, give us programs that teach digital skills, highlight real entrepreneurs, break down opportunities for youth and inspire growth beyond politics.
This is not an attack Sir, but a call to responsibility.
You have built powerful platforms, now build purposeful content.
Ugandans don’t just need to be informed, they need to be empowered.
You can better Sir.
Wasingya 🙏

@IsraelWarRoom The genocide against the Palestinian people has made everyone understand the propaganda tactics of the US and the Zionist regime, and people have chosen sides.

RM @RepGregoryMeeks: It was an honor to reunite with Bobi Wine, whose tireless pursuit of a free, democratic Uganda has inspired millions around the world. His leadership of a nonviolent struggle to end Uganda's crackdown on political opposition groups and strengthen human rights provides important guideposts for the US-Uganda partnership.

English

@hrw Why not focus on the issue of occupation in Palestine and Lebanon, which is still ongoing? So-called human rights are often only mentioned when they go against those who do not serve certain interests. On the first day, the US and the Zionist regime killed over 170 schoolchildren.
English

NEW: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is conducting a campaign to recruit children as young as 12 to volunteer to become “homeland defending combatants.”
The military recruitment and use of children is a grave violation of children’s rights and a war crime when the children are under 15.

English

@kaisos1987 From “most wanted” to most embraced. Turns out “terrorist” is just a label-until you align with the right interests.

@RGakwerere According to people in Musaga, the explosion resulted from an electrical accident at an FDNB ammunition depot.

@IsraelMFA The world is silent due to your crimes. What you are experiencing now is the consequence of those crimes.

It was a pleasure meeting with @RepGregoryMeeks, Ranking member of the @HouseForeign and senior member of the @USHouseFSC.
Our shared vision of advancing democratic principles and upholding human rights will only be achieved by holding repressive regimes accountable.

Statement from the NUP Diaspora Leadership
Today, the NUP Diaspora leadership, alongside our President, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi, participated in a series of high-level engagements on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C; a critical step in amplifying the voice of the Ugandan people on the global stage.
Our mission remains clear, to stand for justice, to advocate for the voiceless, and to work tirelessly toward the realization of a free, democratic Uganda after decades under the rule of Yoweri Museveni.
We carry with us the stories of those who have been abducted, dissapeared, unlawfully detained, tortured, and silenced. Ugandans whose rights and dignity continue to be violated.
The Diaspora is committed to pursuing every lawful and strategic avenue to advance accountability, strengthen international awareness, and support the aspirations of our people. We will leave no stone unturned in this pursuit.
It is concerning that even as the Museveni government projects an image of dialogue and engagement particularly through initiatives involving the Inter-Religious Council of Uganda, the military continues (including today) to abduct, torture, and jail opposition supporters and associates of Bobi Wine.
This contrast between public messaging and lived reality reflects a longstanding pattern that has defined Uganda’s political landscape; the outward appearance of reform alongside continued restrictions on fundamental freedoms.
To Ugandans everywhere, especially those in the diaspora, this is a moment that calls for resilience, hard work, unity, and sustained engagement. History reminds us that change is often born out of perseverance, courage, and collective resolve.
We remain committed to a future where every Ugandan can live with dignity, freedom, and opportunity.
In unity and purpose,
Dr. Daniel Kawuma
NUP Diaspora Team Leader

@IsraelinKenya You're good at propaganda. Just focus on the war you started. East Africa has nothing to do with the war you started. We're just suffering because our the outcome of the war you started.

A 4,000 km radius from Tehran stretches deep into Africa, reaching across the Horn and into East Africa.
To put this into perspective:
🇪🇹 Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) is about 3,200 km from Tehran
🇸🇴 Mogadishu (Somalia) is about 3,700–3,800 km away
🇸🇸 Juba (South Sudan) sits just under 4,000 km
🇰🇪 Nairobi (Kenya) is just beyond that range at around 4,300–4,400 km
What this means is that within a 4,000 km reach, most of the Horn of Africa and parts of East Africa fall squarely within range, with countries like Kenya sitting just at the edge of that radius.
This is not a distant geography.
It is within the same regional neighborhood, from the Middle East into Africa’s eastern corridor.

@RT_com I think the Israeli regime teaches propaganda in schools. You start a war, then play the victim.
When they struck Iran, it felt like business as usual-hit, then rely on US support to push for a ceasefire.
This time, the timing went wrong. The Iranian retaliation is harsh.
