@VerizonSupport please come and get your devices. This is the worst customer service for a new customer. Really? This is what to be expected. Three days in as a new customer and can't get any help. This is ridiculous.

If I could rate less, I would. DO NOT BUY. Pillows are not as advertised. The promo was 1 free pillow case with each pillow plus free shopping at the time I ordered. Sizes are not to standards. @Derilapillowus

@easyJet It has been 3 years now that I have asked for a refund/reimbursement of my Covid canceled flight. To date, the airline has refused to do the honorable thing. The voucher (13XPM3 ) continues to be extended. We do not have any plans to visit Europe soon. #DoTheRightThing

I have personally reached out to @GEICO claims unit interceding on a friend's behalf three times over the last week and have gotten nowhere with the claims team, the adjuster, the supervisor (who was switched as of last week), a manager of customer complaints…no one, nothing.

One @geico representative even said she doesn't even see any documentation of one of our previous 1-hour interaction. Four months and my friend's car is not fixed, still at the autobody shop, he has paid out almost $2K in related expenses and he has no direction from @GEICO.

So @GEICO BOLDLY lead the charge and offered policy holders 15% premium discount during the pandemic just to turn around and increase policy renewals by 20%...calling it cost of living increases. How absurd - typical corporate ripoff? Thanks but no thanks! Shameful @TheGEICOGecko

@OptimumHelp Also, the support site says my service is up and running. IT IS NOT! Get your act together @optimum. @Verizon and @ATT are showing how inept your service is. My neighbors are working. Why have I being down for THREE DAYS now?

@OptimumHelp there are no power outages in my area, my entire county. Why is it taking so long to restore our services? @Verizon is working fine in my area. Why is @optimum doing this to their customers. I WFH home and this outage is causing significant delays in my projects.

How is it that you an @ATT representative offers you a plan to lower your bill, the plan is changed, the bill is higher, almost double but customer service cannot locate the conversation with that rep? You contact @ATTHelp and not even their customer retention dept. can fix it?
