zero issue with working with, allies with, fighting with as gov directs. I do NOT in any fucking way understand how wearing the flag of another nation on your CAF uniform is acceptable, I simply don't.

Russia should be among the 8 teams. Undoubtedly. Russian players decorate the NHL with their skill and commitment. To deny them is a slap in the face to players Nikita Kucherov who dedicate their lives to improving their skill level--at their benefit, yes--and thus enhances the entertainment value of the sport. Be above the sanctimonious and filth-muck of politics and politicians--the dregs of the earth. We are watching a hockey tournament.

Canada's links to the British monarchy are not popular with Canadians, and polls show conservatives in particular don't like it. When Carney constantly bows and scrapes before King Charles, it turns many off. Conservatives should run against the monarchy, it's a good issue.

Canadas ‘top general’ is in over her head. Saudi Arabia and the UAE have far larger and more advanced air forces and navies than anything Canada could offer. All of it is fully integrated into Epic Fury. Canada has not been asked for anything by anyone for three reasons: 1. The PM has dithered and been on every side of the issue and is now irrelevant. 2. Even if he had conviction, CAF can’t deliver. General Carignan has lost complete control of force readiness and overseen the total decline of CAF to under 40pc force readiness. In other words 60pc of all CAF planes and ships are out of service. The remainder is aged, easily destroyed in combat. 3. Saudi Arabia and the UAE are already in the fight side by side with the Americans with much fighter fleets and navies multiple times larger than Canadas. - Canada has 32 working CF-18 Hornets - Saudi Arabia has 400+ combat ready airplanes - 230 F-15s alone); - UAE has over 500 active aircraft with over 150 combat fighters. If the govt is serious about doing something constructive, they need immediately to start to find and arrest the 6-700 IRGC terror agents the govt has lost track of domestically.

@steffanwatkins Location and reporting chain stays the same, but mission set adjusts. Combat support to the Fighter Sqns is now a secondary role, whereas domestic response is now primary. SAR remains tertiary.

These are three (3) squadrons that operate the 🇨🇦 #RCAF CH-146 Griffon. What does this change in practical terms?
