STRC is Strategy's (ex-MicroStrategy) perpetual preferred stock. It pays a variable ~11.5% cash dividend monthly, adjusted to keep the price near $100. The money for those dividends mostly comes from selling *new* STRC shares (and sometimes MSTR stock) to fresh buyers. That new cash pays existing holders *and* helps buy more Bitcoin. Bitcoin itself pays zero interest or dividends. So the high yield isn't "from BTC going up" — it's from continuous capital raises. It works while new investors keep buying STRC and BTC grows faster than the payout rate. It's not magic or a guaranteed Ponzi, but it depends on ongoing demand for STRC and BTC strength. If either weakens, the dividend rate can drop. Simple as that.

Look, I'm not a super smart guy... But I'm having a hard time with this. $STRC pays an 11.5% dividend yield. That yield, as far as I'm concerned, comes from: • Bitcoin's appreciation • The ability to issue $MSTR equity • The ability to issue $STRC preferred equity But $MSTR is sitting on an unrealized loss of ~$11Bn. $MSTR stock is down -78.4% from its highs in Nov.'24, but it's also down -37.7% in the past 6 months and -70.3% in the past year. In other words, the first two options are off the table. Which only leaves the third option as viable... But then the ability of the asset to pay an 11.5% yield is based on the ability to issue more of that same asset? Explain this to me like I'm 8 years old. Please.

@hubermanlab Seems to work. I’ve only used it for stubborn tendon issues that drag on for months despite training around it and reducing volume and supporting with things like Vit C supplements Every time after a month of BPC/TB500/GHK - problem solved

The anecdotal evidence is pretty overwhelming. My wife suffered from six months of tennis elbow and wrist pain. 2 weeks of BPC/TB and she was pain free. No rehabbing. But I’ve also seen limited or not faster improvement on other injuries. But I believe people are underdosing. Need 1-2mg a day for acute injuries to speed healing. From what I’ve seen it’s been incredibly helpful on chronic joint injuries/pain in clearing them up.

About a 8 years ago, my wife and I were leaving my grandparents house. Parked parallel. About to pull out. Just us two in the car. My wife forgot to check the side mirror. I was waving bye to my family. Looking the other way. My wife felt a hand on her shoulder and heard a whisper in her ear from behind her. “Wait.” A second later, a giant SUV flew past. If my wife had turned into the street, she would’ve died. I might have too. That moment haunted my wife for weeks after, and we still both remember it to this day. Atheists are too quick to dismiss the supernatural. I’m sure the comments will soon be filled with “Hallucination” “She imagine it” “You made that up” And other similar responses. But my wife was one of the biggest skeptics of spirits until that event. It changed her. Guardian angels are real. Jesus sends them to protect and defend from darkness. His plans are higher than our ways and thoughts higher than our thoughts. So many people out there have stories just like ours. I don’t have enough faith to be an atheist.
