@VerizonSupport I got one an unlocked phone from you (US seller, I live abroad) and apparently I can't add an esim because you might have not unlocked the second imei (physical sim works flawlessly), is there anything you guys could do about that? :(

But please, let us know here on X what the outcomes are for your unfortunate situation and Verizon support (I'm pretty sure I already know how it's going to go)
