I’m only about 4 months into AI/dev so forgive the rough edges, but I’ve been setting up hybrid of OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent (@NousResearch and @Teknium. So Each agent has 5 core files: soul (alignment & behavior), identity (role & backstory), tools (capabilities & limits), user (preferences & context), and structure (their “five senses” layer for parsing inputs and environment). I also keep a universal version of those same 5 files that all agents share so they stay consistent but still have their own flavor. Everything plugs into a heartbeat/bootstrap layer that spins them up and coordinates how they run. Long‑term memory lives in a separate “wiseman” service powered by Hermes which vaults memories and projects and context back to the agents when they need it. Still early and I’m very much learning as I go

As a donor to TPUSA, I do not need to hear private audio recordings of Charlie’s wishes to trust the organization he built. I trust that a man receiving constant threats had a succession plan in place, and I respect the board’s decision and his family’s privacy. Donor transparency is about finances and legal accountability — not turning his private wishes into public entertainment for conspiracy addicts. Charlie called conspiracy’s brain rot.
