JUSTICE DELIVERED: The DSS Miami Field Office arrested a Colombian national who allegedly lived under a stolen U.S. identity in Tampa since 2008. Operation BAILOUT showcased coordination between DSS, @CBP, & @HSI_HQ.

The DSS Boston Field Office led intensive dignitary protection training with DSS Mobile Security Deployments, @MassStatePolice , and regional SWAT teams. Participants mastered protective detail operations, attack response tactics, security vehicle operations, and advance work protocols—preparing to protect dignitaries and secure Boston’s Gillette Stadium for seven FIFA World Cup matches in 2026. DSS proudly supports @DHSgov as the security lead for the World Cup and the @POTUS priority to host a safe and successful tournament.

On April 21, Kervon Noel was extradited to the United States to face charges for armed robbery and conspiracy, 12 years after a warrant was issued for his arrest in Maryland, United States. If convicted of armed robbery, the maximum penalty for each count is 20 years in prison. A warrant of arrest was issued for Noel in Maryland in November 2014 for two counts of armed robbery and conspiracy. Noel was placed on a bond and ordered to appear in court to answer the charges in December 2014, but failed to do so, having fled the United States to Trinidad and Tobago. MAJOR WIN for international law enforcement! U.S. and Panamanian authorities just secured the extradition of Reza Dindar—wanted for conspiring to illegally export sensitive U.S. technology to Iran. The @StateDeptDSS Mobile Training Team, provided a weeklong training package hosted by U.S. Embassy Sofia’s Regional Security Office – including a Full Mission Profile Exercise – for Gendarmerie Special Operations for Combatting Terrorism and National Service for Protection. The extensive training package enhanced the U.S.-Bulgaria partnership on security of VIPs, U.S. diplomats, and against multiple type of threats.

.@TheJusticeDept Office of International Affairs, @FBI, @StateDeptDSS, @PoliciaPeru and @FiscaliaPeru provided critical assistance in securing the arrest and yesterday’s extradition of Christian Miguel Orosco Palomino, a Peruvian national fugitive wanted by @saomiami in a 1996 murder in Miami-Dade County. Orosco Palomino was illegally in the United States at the time of the crime and was tracked down last year in Lima after nearly 30 years evading justice.

When @POTUS launched the Memphis Safe Task Force, DSS answered the call. Working with Memphis Task Force partners, DSS helped take violent criminals off the street and deliver real public safety results: 1,300+ arrests, 600+ cleared warrants & 200+ firearms seized.
