@marksandspencer it would be helpful if once you put an item in your online ‘bag’ it stayed there! Just tried to buy in the sale and each time I went to check out, the item disappeared. Obviously in demand but in store once it was in my physical shopping bag it would be mine 🙁

@RedLetterDaysUK avoid this organisation at all costs! They sell you a voucher that has no booking details. You wait an hour on their chat to speak to an agent. They give you an email address to use for booking. That email bounced back undeliverable.

@AirtimeRewards I am not going to get the August bonus as neither of my recent transactions have tracked (Clarins, Boots). 14 days seems too long to have to wait before I can raise a claim and by then it will be September.

@primevideouk had a 7 day paid trial but the payment didn’t go through. In the interim found a Prime Video only deal for £5.99. Cancelled the original deal but when I went back to the Prime video only deal it had increased to £7.99. Feel cheated (and no I didn’t join!)

@AmazonHelp I complained about an ebook I bought from Amazon. The complaint was outside of your returns period but as it is faulty, consumer rights trumps your policy. I have heard nothing and you are still selling this faulty book. Please advise
