@Delta rep #5 completely contradicts previous reps and can’t even comprehend the situation. Can anyone help or call it up to poor customer service and look for another airline. 200k miles flown on delta wasted. Also utter waste of time of my time.

@Delta my delta flight was cancelled and then rescheduled. Two travel changes is no fun. Delta stuck me on another airline. I was told by 3 reps that they would submit mileage requests that would post in 7 business days. It’s been 2 months and I got nothing. Rep #4 is incompetent

@Citi your customer service is operating on 1999 technology. They are sending me a letter with a code by snail mail because they say they can’t send the verification code by text. Yet the app and the website sends code via text. What is this nonsense?

@lyft @AskLyft I was overcharged. Support disregards to address screenshot I provided of the fare. Instead, they deflect with run around about tip. Of course I’m going to tip and that’s not the overcharged fare I’m referring to. Can someone resolve competently?

@BestBuy @BestBuySupport I've been waiting 2 weeks for my refund to be processed. I've tried chat and phone call. After several hours, I got a mixed bag of it's already complete, 7-10 biz days, 15 days. Hold times are poor. 30+ mins and still have not transferred to supervisor.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport Long time customer (internet + 3 mobile lines) who got hit with sky high prices when the contract ended. Customer service is of no help who kick me around between internet and mobile. 1 hour and zero help. Time to look for another provider. #xfinitysucks

@AceHardware Deceptive coupons and marketing schemes! There are a ton or products excluded but you don't list it on the coupon details. Only way to know is when you check out and coupon cannot be used.
