@OgbeniDipo @OyebamijiBola @OfficialAPCNg This approach is ineffective. You have overlooked the correct direction. Osun recognizes the difference between darkness and illumination. Light has arrived; therefore, darkness must dissipate. IMOLE is unstoppable.

Governor Ademola Adeleke’s supporters are playing very dirty politics by attacking Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (@OyebamijiBola), the @OfficialAPCNg gubernatorial candidate in Osun State, our respected father and leader, Chief Bisi Akande, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (@officialABAT). They have also been bullying, intimidating, defaming, oppressing and threatening supporters of the APC in Osun. On our own side, we are intellectuals - in academia, professional services, politics and governance. We are well behaved. As you might know, it is not in our Omoluabi culture to behave like thugs and unruly mobs during election season. We are known for allowing citizens make their own voting decision. Moreover, Osun State is a progressive state. We are an educated people. And gutter politics is below us. As such, we hope it will be prevailed on Mr Adeleke to call his supporters to order. PS: As I noted yesterday, there is no sort of attack, lies and defamation that will stop Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (@OyebamijiBola) from becoming the next Governor of Osun State. He is well educated, exposed, competent, capable, and ready to serve the good people of Osun State who are waiting to vote for him on 15th August 2026. Cc @UKinNigeria @USinNigeria.

@jon_d_doe This area is unsuitable for me. These actions will significantly increase the pain. It is preferable to go outside rather than remain indoors. However, I am aware that women may prefer to take the sibling of their spouse if such a situation arises.

He was standing at his post, doing his job, and he never came home. On 18th April 2026, Inspector Habila Mangai was carrying out a lawful stop-and-search along the Owerri-Okigwe Road in Imo State. He was right where he was meant to be, doing the job he promised to do. A Mack truck hit him. He was taken quickly to the Federal Medical Centre in Owerri, but he did not survive. Inspector Habila Mangai was part of the Isiala Mbano Division. He was on duty at Amaraku Junction, a place where his community knew and respected him, and where they will now mourn his loss. The driver and vehicle are now in custody. The State Motor Traffic Department has started a full investigation. Justice will be served fully and according to the law. IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, offers his deepest condolences to Inspector Habila's family, colleagues, and everyone in the Imo State Police Command. His sacrifice will not be in vain. To all motorists in Nigeria: Officers at checkpoints and duty posts are humans too. They are sons, fathers, husbands, and colleagues. Please slow down, follow traffic rules, and respect their lives. Inspector Habila Mangai, your community showed us your true character. They mourned you even before we could speak. Rest in honor, gallant officer.

U.S. State Department (@StateDept) reporting, including the 2023 and 2024 Human Rights Reports on #Nigeria, makes clear that while judicial independence exists on paper in Nigeria, it is routinely undermined in practice by corruption and political influence. Tomorrow, April 22, 2026, Nigeria’s Supreme Court will rule in what is widely viewed as a politically motivated case aimed at dismantling the opposition and destabilizing the African Democratic Congress party (@ADCNig). There is growing concern that certain Justices may elevate procedural technicalities over the rule of law, effectively aiding President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (@OfficialABAT) in consolidating power and pushing Nigeria toward a one party state. The U.S. State Department is legally required by Congress to monitor and report on the status of judiciaries and human rights in foreign countries pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices requirement. As mandated by law, we are actively monitoring this case and briefing the Department of State on our assessment of the validity of the forthcoming ruling. Any ruling influenced by pressure from the current Nigerian government will be evident to all. @realDonaldTrump @WhiteHouse @HouseForeignGOP @HouseForeign @SFRCdems @SecRubio @StateDept @AsstSecStateAF @SenateForeign @atiku @NGRPresident @HouseNGR @NGRSenate @CNNAfrica @BBCAfrica @Reuters @njcnigeria @AFP @ForeignPolicy @inecnigeria @SupremeCourtNg @fmojustice

BREAKING: Wale Edun has sacked as Minister of Finance by Bola Tinubu officially. Although, he has been acting as a figure head since last year and been fighting hard to keep his position. Initially, he was asked to resign to save face but he thought he could fight his way.
OTUNBA@ManLikeIcey

Wale Edun was asked to resign because he did something shady and Tinubu felt betrayed and disappointed when he found out, it has nothing to do with his performance in office . He doesn’t operate anymore as a minister, he’s just there as a figure head. By January he’ll go.

Protect whatever you're doing legitimately to feed yourself. Place your value in your legitimate earnings & refuse to bow to any pressure to impress a woman. And that includes your wife. If she wants a better life at the expense of your integrity, tell her to go. End.
