I wrote a complaint to @InterfloraUK and received an Ai generated reply: if I had any issues “we're here to help. Please get in touch with us, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.” But… that’s what I had done. What an obscene waste of my time and your electricity.

Have just experienced the confusion that @TfL has unleashed by letting a tube platform on the Central line become an imaginary place for £££. Not going to mention the brand, but this is an abject failure. @TfL you have a responsibility to the public.

@TobiFrenzen @AdamBienkov Of that audience, if 1 in 12 have changed their minds then that’s enough I think. Might even be fewer. They’ll have to exhume a significant portion of the crowd to be truly representative though.

As I left the Conservatives conference tonight to head home I came across a queue of people waiting patiently for a hot meal courtesy of a local Islamic charity. It took 5 mins of quiet convo to learn their number included victims of childhood trauma, mentally ill…1/2
