My feeling is that now it is "safe" to release the info that Epstein was really a sex trafficker as a side gig and was mainly an intelligence asset of Israel and the US, a big-time financial criminal on behalf of transnational capital (i would argue transnational organized crime disguised as transnational capital), and an arms trader because the people he was helping have stolen so much of America's wealth and have taken control over so much of the government. That is why even admitting the true breadth of the scandal and operation doesn't even seem to move the needle. Criminals are in charge and they run both parties, they have created the infrastructure for neo-feudalism enforced by technology and are herding us into the corral. Opt out of AI, digital ID and the surveillance state that Epstein associates built now because we still can.

@AllenBogarty @DeanTTraining Dropsets are at least AS effective as straight sets in a shorter amount of time. I use dropsets because I work for 13hrs some days and cannot be in the gym forever.

@DeanTTraining Any particular reason why you think that? The evidence I’ve seen suggests they’re roughly as effective (maybe slightly less) as straight sets. But admittedly haven’t done a ton of research, so open to being wrong

Whoever started telling gym goers to rest 3 to 5 minutes between sets was a scam artist who sells home gym equipment

@BretWeinstein I've been doing this with AI for a while. I will also say " Based on the questions I have asked so far, generate questions that would interest me in other domains" Or 'What is question I have been circling around but unable to ask clearly"

This is funny. I used to tell students "Answer the question I should have asked you rather than the one I did ask you." Works for a similar reason. As a Prof, you don't always know how to prompt a student any more than a user always knows how to prompt an LLM.

@Hitchslap1 You can only measure calories in, and if you are losing weight, that's how you know if you are in a deficit. There is no way to accurately measure calories out for most people.

Many argue AI is like prior tech revolutions--that the jobs destroyed will be replaced by jobs we can't yet imagine They're wrong. AI+robots will be better at the newly created jobs too. It's is a super-competitor, with the advantages of a generalist AND almost every specialist

FWIW, a chronically high fever will also stop body odor (@grok verify–I might be wrong) That's probably another sign that carnivore isn't ideal.
Papa Jack@JackRafff123

@EdLatimore @TJ_Bongiorno The couple times I’ve done 3+ months of carnivore, my body odor literally disappeared and I didn’t require deodorant. And no, this isn’t just self reported. I did a full ass survey w multiple people who don’t mind telling me if I smelled like shit. Very interesting side effect

@pmarca I talk to AI quite a bit, but I'm not a middleschooler who's brain is still developing, so I recognize it as a tool and not a friend. Letting children on social media was a mistake that we are repeating with AI.

@OlafBresina You are eating fucking ice-cream and talking about industrial chicken? Milk has carbs, eggs have most of the micronutrients you need. Where are the micronutrients in your icecream? lmao. If you wanted, you still have 30 dollars to spend on top of this to fill those gaps.

This diet is horrendous and here's why: -Lacks micronutrients & vitamins -Almost no carbs & excessive protein -industrial eggs are full of PUFA -industrial chicken is low quality Also this diet is only 2000 calories vs mine is 3500
FrankDoyle@_frankdoyle

@Reecebrah Kinda insane that he would spend that much and not even get high quality food when he could spend half as much and get high quality food.

@bryan_johnson If you are fat you likely have a thicker Achilles tendon from moving more weight all the time.

Bryan Johnson@bryan_johnson·
Your ankle is a window into your heart. A new study found that patients with a thickened Achilles tendon were nearly twice as likely to experience a major cardiovascular event within three years of a coronary stent procedure. An observational study retrospectively compared outcomes for 1362 participants with coronary artery disease undergoing PCI, examining differences between patients with and without Achilles tendon thickening (defined as ≥8 mm in men or ≥7.5 mm in women). Patients with thickened Achilles tendons faced a 99% higher risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) over three years (28.4% vs 17.9% for those with and without thickening, respectively). (MACE was defined as all-cause death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, stroke, and clinically driven target-vessel revascularization.) Thickened Achilles tendons were more prevalent in patients with the more severe, rapidly developing, and less stable acute coronary syndrome (ACS) (24.3% had thickened tendons) compared to patients with the more stable chronic coronary syndrome (CCS) (13.7% had thickened tendons). Among ACS patients, having a thickened Achilles tendon was a significant predictor, increasing the risk of a recurring major cardiovascular event within the next three years by 4.7 times. The findings suggest that Achilles tendon thickening may serve as a prognostic marker in patients with cardiovascular disease, with special value in predicting early recurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome. While the analysis did not include blood cholesterol levels and does not establish causation, one plausible explanation is that Achilles tendon thickening reflects cumulative exposure to elevated LDL cholesterol over many years. This may be especially relevant in familial hypercholesterolemia, a genetic disorder characterized by markedly elevated LDL cholesterol, in which Achilles tendon thickening is also used as a diagnostic criterion.

Cialis doesn't even lower blood pressure in healthy people, making it a compound that - increases testosterone - lowers estrogen - helps with fatloss - more androgen receptors in muscle cells - inhibits aromatase - lowers estrogen receptor-α - improved heart health - improved cognition - lower all cause mortality by 44% - increases the amount of mitochondria you have - promotes bone cell survival - lower inflammation - lower stroke risk by 34% - anti-cancer (PRMT5 inhibitor) tadalafil US: modafinilxl.com/buy/generic-ci… tadaladil EU + UK: modawhale.to/shop/erectile-…

cialis is secretly extremely anabolic multiple studies show that it can decrease estrogen without an increase in androgens meaning its a pretty good aromatase inhibitor cialis: - increases testerone - increases AR count in muscle cells - increases AR transcription in bone cells - increases AR expression - decreases estrogen receptor-α expression - increases AR transcriptional activity cialis EU: modawhale.to/shop/erectile-… cialis US: modafinilxl.com/buy/generic-ci… cialis AU: modafinilxl.com/buy/cialis-tad…
