Well now I’m seething. My son’s laptop is literally splitting open from a swollen battery and Amazon denied my claim because it “matches its description”. IT WAS SOLD WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY. This is a safety hazard and a misrepresented product @AmazonHelp @amazon @Dell please take a closer look. This is unacceptable.

So @amazon wasn’t happy that I was still talking about this issue on main, but it has not been resolved and now it’s radio silent. The “new” computer I bought in Dec had an expired warranty and is now falling apart. Neither the seller nor Amazon want to fix this and are blaming one another. So lovely being a customer.

@AmazonHelp Pedido #113-1656240-8901821 Recibí mis cereales sin empaque protector y llegaron en mal estado. denegaron la garantía por usar dirección de courier, pero el error es del almacén, no del envío. Ya hablé con soporte y un supervisor sin solución. Pueden revisar caso? 🙏

@AmazonHelp I'm having issues on the prime video app too ! As soon as is hit play nothing happens. But the browsing in the app works. I have the problem on LG, PlayStation and Xbox. Android is working fine but the rest not

@Yaheetech2 Purchased recently and a leg broke just from sitting on it (not overweight). I requested new chair from Yaheetech through @amazon and have not heard back.

Hello @amazon @amazonIN @AmazonHelp मुझे ये पार्सल आज डिलीवरी हुआ था जब मैने इसको ओपन किया तो इसके अंदर आइटम मिसिंग है कृपया हेल्प करे और आपकी पेकिंग बहुत ज्यादा वीक है बॉक्स के ऊपर टेप लगी है बाकी कुछ भी नहीं है कृपया मदद करे इसके दोनों आइटम मिसिंग है

@AmazonHelp I was on the 30 day free trial. I canceled it on the Amazon website five days prior to having to pay for it. It confirmed it online and now you’re charging me. I have let my credit card company know to dispute this erroneous charge.
