My @amazon #alexa hears the wake word but not my commands I’ve restarted and restarted the router even re-setup my echo pop don’t know what else I can do @AmazonAlexa @AmazonHelp

@SouthwestAir Come on Southwest we have been stuck in the plane on the tarmac at BWI for over 90 minutes and the crew isn't doing a great job keeping the passengers informed. I love Southwest but this is ridiculous.

Placed a $7,000 order from @restaurantchair. It arrived 2 weeks late and was the wrong color. Customer service refused to own up to the mistake and told us tough luck. Even tried to forge an order confirmation. Stay away from these guys! @bbb_us
